About our brand
OL’ is a clothing brand founded by Oli Nagorna based in Switzerland and produced partly in Switzerland by the designer herself and in Ukraine. In Ukraine, we cooperate with a small workshop that helps them stay working. The understanding that every thing we create has a high price for the planet and for people, motivates us to treat every meter of fabric used with respect. The philosophy of thoughtful and responsible production is an integral part of the overall philosophy of the brand. It does not have a stock and does not have a total sale, since the brand works individually on orders, calculating the demand. The ready-to-wear collection is limited, the products are made of high-quality natural materials.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. We can not include this amount beforehand, because they are paid by the country goods delivery.
RETURN
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
For a comfortable return with minimal shipping costs, please follow the instructions of our manager.
You can return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Аnd therefore please write us to: returns@ttswtrs.com and specify:
- return causes
- product photos, if it is damaged or defective
The delivery costs paid during placement the order are non-refundable in case of return of product.
Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard, TWINT, also PayPal is available for paying. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and expected date of shipment. If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to contact us on Nahorna.o.v@gmail.com.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
Typical we send the Order during 3 (three) business days. If any goods were not available at the time of ordering, delivery may be up to 14 working days.
Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.
We carry out delivery by local or international post services depending on the delivery address, at our discretion.
SHIPPING FEES
Standard shipping cost - 40$ (40€) to any country worldwide.
Free delivery for orders over 385$ (385€).
